How has no one rated Gallina's yet?!  Come on, Riverton!!

I grew up down the street from this place, but I swear this review is completely free from bias...

Great quality and quantity.  I just stopped in for the first time in about 4 years last week, and Mr. Gallina not only remembered me and asked how my parents were, he also remembered what I used to order so many years ago.  There's something very comforting about that.

Everything is good.  Pizza, pasta, salads, sandwiches.  Most recently, my friend ordered a medium Hawaiian pizza and I was really surprised at how many toppings it had.  It was completely loaded down with pineapple and ham and it looked awesome!  I had baked rigatoni which was topped with about 2 pounds of cheese, just the way it should be.  Did I mention it's cheap?  Like, $6 for a massive amount of pasta cheap.

I realize not many people are passing through the small town of Riverton, or making it a destination for dinner, but it's worth your time.

I am in love with the roast beef parmigiana sandwich !  I had my first taste of Gallinas in 2010 and it has now become a family tradition whenever we come to town.  Gallina and his wife have become like family.  The staff is friendly, service is satisfactory and the food is all the proof you need to know this is a quality joint worthy of repeat visits.  They've been around as long as they have for a reason .  If you appreciate authentic Italian taste and small town charm give it a chance.  Prices fit just about anybody's budget and the portion sizes are healthy enough to share.  Great place to take the kiddos for pizza .

I'm going to make this one short and sweet. The pizza is really good but needs to be padded dry from the grease on top. This is the only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars. The main reason I like to go in here is the Cannolis. I love Italian desserts and these are really good. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

Oh my goodness, this place is great!  It doesn't look like anything great, but the friendly Italian family running the business knows their stuff. Five of us ate here after a basketball game. Eggplant Parmesan, linguini in white clam sauce, peppers & spaghetti, fettuccine Alfredo, and baked stuffed shells were fantastic. Each meal came with hot baked bread (yummy). We didn't need the cheese bread appetizer, as portions were huge, but it was delicious!  We also tried the pizza with fresh garlic & tomato--wonderful. Every course came out piping hot. Too much food, but we're looking forward to leftovers.  Prices are very reasonable. We live 1 & 1/2 hours away, but we will be back, as it's definitely worth a trip!
